<p>I am currently writing my immunization form for USF. On the bottom of the form it says parent guardian signature stating that the information is correct and all of that, and then right after it says witness signature. What does it mean by a witness?</p>

<p>^ What he said, but a witness is anyone who has seen you sign the paper and can vouch for you if necessary. They usually just have to be over 18.</p>
<p>were you really accepted to college just this year? how does your life go by and this not at all seem familiar to you?</p>
