<p>The William L. Clay Scholarship and Research Fund offers renewable, financially significant scholarships to high school seniors living in the First Congressional District of Missouri. Scholarships are awarded for full-time study toward a four-year degree at the school of the student’s choosing. Whenever possible, the scholarship covers full tuition and fees.</p>
