Jmnva06, my family flew to Portland two years ago to see a game. My wife has gone to the last two world cups.
My wife is a women’s soccer groupie. I don’t know why there isn’t a team in the SF bay area.

Travel a bit to the South … great soccer in Stanford and Santa Clara! Professional soccer for women in the US does not have great odds to ever make it.
If the comment was about the men’s side, it might happen but the competition with San Jose and Sacramento will be tough. The amateur scene is pretty good.
