<p>is a 2110 competitive in the least? ppl say that score won’t either help or hurt my chances, but i dunno. i did well on verbal / writing : 770 and 710 , respectively, but then i have a 630 on math. i want to major in something non-sciency or math-ish, but will my scores rule me out from yale? please answer honestly…</p>
<p>and also, do taking summer classes at a college look good to the adcoms, or just desperate? im genuinely interested in the courses.</p>

<p>Personally, I think there are way too many people who are strong in math and weak in CR, so your 770 will help you massively. The 630 won’t hurt you if you’re amazing in humanities fields. Do well on SAT IIs, too. I’d recommend retaking though.</p>
<p>don’t worry too much about SATs…as long as your other stuff is up to par, the SATs (unless they’re absymal) shouldn’t help or hurt you much.</p>
