<p>FALMOUTH — Henry Rome is headed off to Princeton University in September, but the local 17-year-old hasn’t quite written off his Pennsylvania high school.</p>

<p>Henry, a summer resident of Woods Hole who started his own newspaper in the Falmouth village at the age of 8 and is currently a Cape Cod Times intern, is fighting a proposed policy that he says would censor future journalists at Conestoga High School in Berwryn, Pa. . . . (continued)</p>
