If the minimum word count is 350, how many words should I be able to have and not be considered “too wordy?” I have 524 words right now.
It’s only “too wordy” if there’s a lot of extra fluff in it that could be condensed. If the minimum word count is 350, I’d try to keep it under 700 words total. Given that there isn’t a maximum though, it shouldn’t really be an issue as long as it’s a well written essay that isn’t full of fluff and filler.
My friend Alex said not to go over 425 because that would be doing more than asked and in college, that would result in a serious deduction.
Follow ur friend there are ALWAYS ( well mostly) ways to cut down and be more concise
