<p>Make sure to make lots of friends and not focus all your attention on a specific few, because the transition can be hard for many, some are stuck in high school, scratch that, middle school mentality and you can end up losing all your “friends” over petty matters.</p>

<p>Amen to that. I haven’t really encountered anybody like that but I know the types who haven’t grown up yet. And I’ve had friends in high school who had that middle school mentality… it’s obnoxious as hell.</p>
