<p>Wolverine makes a decent workboot under $100…but there are many, many different kind of work boots (steel toe, short, tall, cold weather, etc. etc.). Some people like Timberland. Caterpillar brand also under $100. Red Wing or Danner are the best but they are expensive.
Don’t ask me how I know about workboots…</p>
<p>My wide-footed son prefers Timberlands for comfort and they hold up well under normal conditions (he needs a new pair every year but not due to quality…he just works under abnormal conditions).
