<p>Virtually no one is going to know that. You’re asking people to have an in-depth knowledge of 8 programs. The closest I can imagine anyone coming to answering the question would be to look at Level of Academic Challenge benchmark scores from the National Survey of Student Engagement. But, that doesn’t tell you anything about the programs specifically, only about the entire university. And it assumes all four universities participated in NSSE and make their data publicly available.</p>
<p>I agree, I don’t know how anyone would know this, particularly for settling a bet! If no objective information exists (or, more likely, none has been gathered), it’s a matter of opinion and hearsay.</p>
