Work-Study for Freshmen

<p>Im not sure if I should work during my first year and am wondering if its manageable to work a 10 to 15 hours job per week. </p>

<p>Im applying to ross at the end of my first year, hoping that a part time job will help me in the process of being admitted.</p>

<p>does anyone have any experiences of having a work-study job their freshmen year.</p>

<p>btw, my schedule is polisci 160, math 115, language, econ 101.</p>

<p>I don’t know if I’d chance it. A lot of kids get raped by Math 115 and Econ 101, especially kids not going into engineering. If you need the money then do it.</p>

<p>I have the same question MI2014. My schedule is Math 115, Chem 130/125/126, American Culture 100. I would be working 10 hours a week, on Fridays and Saturdays. Do you think I would still manage a good GPA?</p>
