<p>Do you get paid? If you get paid, you are employed. If you do not get paid, you are a volunteer. By “benefits” do you mean you get no salary or no health insurance?</p>

<p>I have another question:
My son is a sophomore and reapplying for F/A. Since his school tells to do both CSS and FAFSA, we have done the FAFSA a couple of weeks ago. The problem is that we are confused when to do the CSS Profile. His school’s financial office stresses that F/A deadline is the end of April, whereas CSS website says the dealine to be the beginning of March. </p>
<p>Which date should I keep?</p>
