What is the best way to study for this test ?CB can virtually ask me EVERYTHING.This is so unfair…consider this question
Aung San Suu Kyi is a female independence leader from which nation …
I am not a freaking google … how can I know all this ?

Maybe Barrons has that?

Well that’s why WH has such a big curve.

Well, that’s a pretty easy question if you ever watch the news.

Is that an official test question? If so, it’s horrible! I don’t think barron’s has an answer to that one.

Its a Princeton Review practice question.I felt really awful when doing a test from that damn book.So little information reviewed in the chapters ,so diverse questions …After this I did a real test from the Blue book.It felt better ,but still I have a lot of work to do.I will probably buy a comprehensive World History book in my native language. There is a very popular one by National Geographic

Okay, I’m sorry… but you should know the answer to that question!! You’d have to live under a rock not to!

That must mean I live under a rock too :o

I’m also studying for the WH subject test, and i’m not finding the curriculum too challenging. I took basically a self diagnostic test just to see where i’m at, and i got a 680. My goal for this particular test is around a 730 or so, but i’d love to get a 750+. I think that most of the questions you can use common sense and other strategies just to eliminate wrong answers. It is a lot of material, but the curve is quite lenient.

@am

I must be living under a rock too :)

How many can you miss for an 800 typically?

Takes a nap under nice, shady rock

lol everyone is under a rock

Yeah, all of us seem to be living under little rocks eating nasty worms. Btw I just found that barrons does mention this woman under modern history.

I found the BB questions much more relieving than the PR ones. Most of the answer choices look absurd and you can use common sense.

Are you enjoying life under a rock? hahah… I thought that was a wicked stupid question at first, like WHO DOESN"T KNOW THAT, DUH! But I guess not!

(Oh and no offense everyone who doesn’t know, I don’t mean to offend anyone, just to make a point that I was surprised. Don’t take it as an insult to your intelligence, you’re probably much smarted than me ahah. I hope you guys do well!)

I don’t know her=)) But is her Korean? ( just guess from the name=)))

lol its burma/myanmar, and she is currently under house arrest…

hmm
this makes me wonder if i should take the world history test . . . lol

Yes! Finally, someone who also knew the answer. Didn’t any of you hear the news last year about the American man who swam to her isolated house, and she was tried in the junta’s courts for that? I’m beginning to think I should take it too … lolll

I knew that!! +1

I just remembered I’m taking this in December… lolfail.

(Sorry OP)

I think I remember her now. We had to learn about her in 10th grade here (in India). I just never remember peoples names. :)
