Lots of cheering here in Seattle. Mr. and I were eating at our favorite restaurant, and the bar was packed. We could watch the game through the glass wall separating us from the bar. Good game.
Houston is going crazy tonight! I was downtown at the quilt show and they had the game playing all over and the announcer said the score every few minutes. Minute Maid Stadium was packed and the game wasn’t even there! I left to get home before the game ended but I have seen pictures and it is nuts. The city really needed something to celebrate after Harvey!
Outstanding effort by the Astros, to win game seven of the World Series on the Dodger’s home field, only giving up one run. Possibly the best World Series of the new millennium. Game five was “one for the ages”.
