From my experience, publications in places like India and China do not usually make such ambitious declarations. They might make lists of the most beautiful Indian or Chinese or Asian people, but rarely (if ever) will they make a self-serving ethnocentric list that purports to have a truly global perspective. If someone could prove me wrong, I’d be quite happy.

India and China have half the world’s population, and they don’t even have the nerve to think that most of the world’s beauties come from their own people. Yet Americans declare Kate Hudson to be the most beautiful person in the world? Ludicrous.

who cares how they rank. It’s a worthless piece of junk, and we know it. If someone wants to waste their money and time to give them an opinion, they can go ahead.

as for me… my “World’s Most Beautiful” list will still be Mountains, Rivers, Trees, Lakes, Clouds…

Actually, American pop culture has a big presence in Japan (and the rest of Asia) and pretty much all over the world.

While those countries probably do have lists for the most beautiful/sexiest Desi or Chinese - keep in mind that these countries (in particular, Japan) do use quite a bit of white models/celebs in advertising.

still a matter of preference. Whites are the 2nd ugliest in my opinion. behind blacks.(for girls. guys are different, but what do i know) No offense to anyone.

and no, i’m not racist.

I bet there will be people who will flame me for saying black girls are ugliest, or at least think of flaming me.

I’m not so sure if I said asians were the ugliest would generate the same kind of response.
