What’s odd about that oversized green cable knit sweater is not the fact that it’s oversized; lots of people wear oversized sweaters. It’s the sleeves. Long puff sleeves on a cabled sweater, now that’s peculiar and ugly.

Somewhere there is an office pool. The goal - create the most god awful, ridiculous, stupid looking clothing * thing. Market it to women (rarely to men**) at a totally unsupportable cost. The winner will be determined by a multiplier of stupidity/ugly X cost. The prize is you never actually have to wear anything anyone ever enters into the pool.
- 50% points bonus if you can make the item actually cause pain to the wearing user.
