Worst Grade Ever

I’ve gotten many F’s this year and years past. So many that I don’t remember them all. I usually do well, and then towards the end of the marking period get cocky and stop doing the work and my grades begin to plummet.

i re-did a practice TOK paper and got a 64/100 my 3rd try lol

In fourth grade, I failed a project about Michigan’s notable exports. I got a 45/100. Luckily, my teacher let me redo it - the second time I got an 85/100. Still not desirable, but better.

a pop quiz on Macbeth… I didn’t know what scene the teacher was asking about…answered for the wrong scene…got a 40/100…

the class should have been an easy A+, but i had to work to bring up my grade back to an A

and i sound horribly snobby in this post…sorry

My worst is a 68 on a math test in 5th grade. I found a new method of subtraction that didn’t work out so well…

i got a 56 on a biology test freshman year…yeah that wasn’t my finest moment

30% on Winter of Our Discontent Test

Still got a 97 in the class though.

Worst ever: 51 on Accel. Pre-calc midterm.

Yes, I suck at math, but we haven’t gone over it yet, so it could be a hilarious typo.

I get a nice, round zero each quarter in AP Euro when I fail to hand in an essay… for a month. It’ll be my first C (hopefully C+ after finals!) for a semester since first semester sophomore year. Oh, Honors Chemistry, how I loathed you so.

Anyone done worse than 0?

Edit: Ugh, the emotes on this forum…

38% on a 9th grade geometry test.
I’m horrible at math.

66% on a midterm a few years back. Because I passed, it counted x2 the amount it would count if I failed. Really, what a great policy…

50% on an AP Biology final. Hehehe. :P

D+ on the chem midterm last year. :open_mouth: Test was ridiculous (read: class average = 27%). No curve. Parents still don’t know about this one.

5/19 on an AP Stats test in 10th grade (slacked off for the entire chapter). Took me all of the rest of the semester to bring that grade back up.

It’s kinda refreshing to fail.

Worst final grade? B-. In GYM, of all classes.

I got either a 50 or a 25 on some four-question pre-calc quiz.

So no one has ever purposely not turn in an assignment and got a 0, though still ending up with a high A? (laziness + logic)

The lowest grade I’ve really gotten was a 0. I had to take a Calculus quiz the moment I walked in after a 4-day weekend and missing school for a day before. Completely blanked out on all the material and it was only 4 questions. Contrarily, the next day I took practically the same quiz and got 100%.

Vicky_sky, do you have a really tough TOK teacher or something? My teacher is pretty nice and will always give you a decent grade if you put in decent effort.

this didn’t happen to me (my lowest was 33/100 lol)
i do know a teacher that many of my friends have had that would take off points for incorrect answers (similar to the SAT). i know a few people who got -5 on a couple quizzes

Got a zero on the first test I have ever taken in kindergarten. A very good start to my public education experience.

3/25 on a calc quiz. I had been sick all week and thought I could manage it. I was very wrong.

Getting a C-/D+ in calc this semester which will absolutely be my worst grade ever.

I turned in all my English homework in late for half off, and didn’t turn in a project worth a test grade. Not turning in that dropped me 16%, so I got a 61. This was 2nd quarter of this year. Never letting that happen again!
