Worst Grade Ever

@Easton722: That’s harsh. If I ever got 7/100 on anything, and some ridiculously smart kid ruined the curve for the rest of the class, I think I would cry.

But I would also laugh because that is funny as hell.

A kid in my Alg. 2 class got a 5% on one of the teacher’s extremely difficult tests. His overall semester grade was under 50%.

The strange thing is he had an A+ in geometry the year before that… I’m not exactly sure how that worked out.

Calculus Exam (AP CALC BC)

64%

That’s the worst I’ve ever done…I had a 96% last semester and with this D, my grade for this new semester so far is a 73%

Yikes :[

my ridiculous chemistry teacher made a quiz that was out of 4 worth 14.8% of our mark, and another quiz that was out of 6 worth 15% of our mark.

And I got 1/4, 4/6 on those quizzes, leaving me with a 63% overall mark.

Funny because all the other ones I did very good on, worths like 4% each.

We still have half more year to go but it still makes me so mad.

C on my math (alg. II) midterm/semester final…
ugh, that test was a disaster, and i really studied for it, too.
i had a B+ first quarter, A second quarter, so my averaged semester grade was a B+.

what makes it even worse is that C was WITH the curve!

10th grade Geometry:

I’ve never been great at math (definitely my weak spot). Test day came as a bit of a shock.

8/40 on the test. Surprisingly enough, I pulled an A first semester and a B second semester.

I got a -32% on one assignment once. Go me!

I had 8% in class. Yes, I failed it. Anyone wants to challenge me, you weaklengs?

back in 8th grade us history, we had a surprise reading quiz, but most people didn’t read the chapter and the ones that did didn’t take notes on it. i ended up getting an 8% on the quiz. i got 6 points for writing my name and 2 points for saying that one result of the french and indian war was that many indians died. that quiz was actually hysterical. even the teacher was laughing while we were going over it.

once, i got a 35% on a geometry test.
it was so abysmal that i actually cracked up when i got it back

Failed the very last BC calculus test of the marking period, which dropped me from a B to a C. (79.8 if I remember correctly)

Failed a government test this quarter, and therefore must study my butt off tonight.

I’ve failed too many line-by-line quizzes on The Scarlet Letter to remember, and I still had an A in the class.

You know what else is funny? All of those failed grades have been a 56 percent.

In middle school I would get 12s on quizzes, they didn’t really count for much though and I didn’t try as hard back then

Now I’ll get the occasional 60 but most of my grades are above 85-90

94/190 (49.5%) on a Chem test first quarter

love that classsss

11th Grade- Western Heritage (basically European History)
We had some test, that was worth like 80% (ish?) of our grade for the midterm grade report. I got a 59/100 on the test, causing me to have my first (and hopefully only) D on my midterm report card. But I did get a 95/100 on the next test.

The lowest grade I’ve gotten was on an AP Statistics test – 27/37.

I had a 143% in an Honors Class once (… I know what you are thinking)… I purposely bombed the final and got the worst grade I could. Turns out the teacher subtracts 1 point for each wrong answer and adds one for each right… I got a -234 out of a possible 238 (4 EC questions)…

He hates me now for mocking his class like that but I still managed to get an A+.

Pre-Calc. The teacher didn’t want me there. He actually told me that he thought I shouldn’t take the class because it would “hurt my self-esteem” when I failed out.

The first week of class, he assaulted the class with “review” quizzes that contained material not covered in the class I moved up from. I think it was targeted directly at me because I’m the only one who didn’t come from Honors the year before (had to write letters to the administration to get into the class). I got a 25% on the first quiz. I improved my score each day, studying ahead and teaching myself from the appendix of the textbook. The first day I passed, he stopped giving the quizzes.

I got a C that quarter, followed by an A the next quarter and on the exam. Teacher recommended me for BC Calc.

^That’s horrible. No teacher should ever be allowed to single out a student like that.

Haha I got a 5% i think on a geometry quiz…back in junior high because I guess there were formulas we needed to memorize and I didnt because I wasn’t there the day before so I completely forgot I had to make up the quiz the day I got back.

I guessed one answer right! Haha…

Still ended up with an A+ though! But worst grade in high school would have to be a 56% on a trig quiz. It was toward the end of the year when I figured out I could flunk all my quizzes for the rest of the year (we had like 3-4 left) and still end up with an A so I kinda stopped trying.

0/25 on a geometry test lol
D+ on English 2 final… I knew I couldn’t get an A in the class and I knew I would have had to get something like a 20% for a C so I didn’t bother studying one bit
