<p>I just got my december SAT score and now I am hopeless. I’ve been thinking of applying to carnegie mellon, emory, johns hopkins, northwestern, duke, and university of chicago and also USC. Do I even have a chance with these schools with a 1770 (1820 superscored) and a 4.1 GPA? Or should I lower my expectations and and shoot for other colleges instead to save some money?</p>
<p>NU’s SAT range is in the 2000’s so I’d say no. Your GPA is not horrific. EC’s? URM?</p>
