Worth improving a 29.5 --> 30 ACT?

<p>I’d like to apply to Vandy and GU for reaches,
my other stats are pretty good. Essentially, this, along with my volunteer work, is the lowest point on my application. Do you think i should retake? would a 31 32 really make my application that better?</p>

<p>Probably not. First of all, don’t they round ACT scores up anyway? Second of all, a 29 is the 94th percentile and a 30 is the 96th percentile. They’re likely not significantly different.</p>
