<p>Is it worth it to include random clubs (like Indian student association) on the club, and random leadership positions (like Treasurer of Frisbee club) on your application, or is it better to just leave them off?</p>
<p>I wouldn’t include the first one, but if I had something like “treasurer of Frisbee club”, I would almost be tempted to include it because it shows (at least a little) that you aren’t just numbers.</p>

<p>This depends entirely on what else you have. And, how successfully you can describe each and your role and give the “whole” some meaning. Many kids include the cultural clubs because they are an important aspect of their identity. But, in general, you should do more than just meet and socialize.</p>
