Hi! I’m wondering if a Mphil (Psychology) from Cambridge will be a great addition to the CV, considering that I am intending to pursue a PhD in IO psych or in Mgmt (OBHR). I already have 1+year research experience as a graduate research assistant, good GRE scores and 3.9/4 GPA for a double degree in Economics and Psychology.

I only applied for 2 PhD programs this year (National Uni of Singapore and INSEAD) but am on waiting list for both. I’ve already been offered a MPhil in Psychology from Cambridge.

In short, if I do not get PhD offers, I want to understand how good this MPhil offer is as a backup plan.

Thanks!
