Worth Transferring?

<p>I got into MIT regular decision last year. However, due to financial reasons, I couldn’t attend. Right now, I am at UT Austin.</p>

<p>Considering I get financial aid and get admitted (I know, two big assumptions), is it worth transferring? My final goal is to get into a top-notch business school. I know for a fact that I can maintain a 4.0 here at UT. However, not so sure about MIT. </p>

<p>Please help me decide (post pros and cons). Also, how does the transferring of credits happen? This decision will affect my whole life.</p>

<p>PS: I am a double major (Mech. E. and Economics; both Honors here at UT).</p>

MIT takes care of your tuitions unless your family earns more than 75000.</p>
