<p>My son got a 3.3 first semester sophomore year, his lowest GPA ever. However, after that he kicked it in and got 4.0+ every semester in both his junior and senior years. We are out of state. They definitely want to see an upward trend in your GPA. He is a freshman at Michigan now. Your other qualifications will definitely help your chances, but keep working hard and keep the upward trend with your grades.</p>
