Would an edX course be worthy of putting on a graduate school application?

I’m an elementary education major and a history minor. I do wish to pursue a graduate degree in history, and I found this program in my state that WILL accept history minors. However, the admission is considered competitive, and I’m sure that having a minor will leave me at a disadvantage. However, I’m taking an edX course beginning in October that looks promising, and it appears to be an upper-level undergraduate course. Would it be worthy to mention it and enclose a copy of my completion certificate in the application?

Why not? I doubt it could hurt.
