Would I be a strong candidate for UCSD, UCI, UCSB, UCSC, or UCR?

Hello. Asian high school senior obviously looking to shed some light if he has a shot at some UCs

(GPAs not altered to fit the UC’s standards for a GPA)

Cumulative GPA (Weighted 3.67, 140 of 513 (have heard from teachers a very strong class)

Weighted 10-12 GPA (3.85)

AP Classses:

None : Frosh
AP Euro : Soph
AP US, AP Environ, AP Physics B : Junior
AP Gov’t, AP Physics C, AP Calc AB, AP Comp Sci A : Senior

Honors Classes that count for UCs:
Honors Human Anatomy

SAT Scores
June 2012: 1670: 550 CR, 540 W, 580 M
Oct 2012: 1700: 620 CR, 500 W, 580 M
Projected Dec 2012(based off Blue book tests): 630 CR, 600 W, 600 M avg and rising

No ACTs

Extracurricular:
XC and Track: 4 years
MIP in XC: 2 years in a row
Key Club: 1/2 year(Took because everyone said to take it for college apps. Didn’t have my heart in it and didn’t want to do something just to impress colleges.)

I’ve heard from numerous sources I can easily make UCR and SC, good candidate for UCI and UCSB, reach for UCSD.

I’ve zoning in on making UCI or UCSB so if you can go more in-depth on my chances there, I would greatly appreciate it.

I think the ‘numerous sources’ that you cite are probably on the mark.

Check out the common data set for each school to see where you fall as far as GPA/SAT.
