Would I be able to get into University of Texas' Engineering School?

<p>I have a 1960 SAT (Math: 700, CR:630, Writing:630) I have AP credit in Biology(3) and Government(4). I have a 3.7 GPA and have taken mostly Honors and AP classes. I am from Ohio.</p>
