Would I be being a jerk if I started a redundant club at my school?

<p>My dad was the President of a Rotary Club, and he’s pressuring me into starting a Rotary Interact Club at my High School. I already have a sponsoring teacher and nearby club, but there is already a KEY Club at my school, which also does charity and is very large.</p>

<p>What should I do? Is it OK for me to start another one?</p>

<p>I wouldn’t start it. I doubt you’d get that much support. Maybe try to think of a different sort of club to start.</p>

<p>My school has CSF, NHS, and Key Club (Rotary Club). All three are ran by the same inner circle of friends, many people are in all three clubs, and the hours are nearly interchangable. </p>
