<p>I’m hoping to apply to UCB as an English major for Fall 2013. I’ve got the IGETC pretty much completed by the end of the next fall semester. However, the classes for my major (listed on assist.org) won’t be completed until spring, way past the deadline for the updates to my UC application. There are 4 to take and I’m taking one of them this next semester, then hopefully (if budget cuts permit the classes be available) 3 of them in the spring. </p>
<p>Considering that I am getting pretty good grades (3.97 as of right now) and have some extracurriculars under my sleeve, would this lack of completed courses terribly affect my chances? Anyone in the same situation?</p>
