Hi, so before January, I used to constantly show interest to my colleges. But from Jan to Feb, I haven’t updated or emailed any of my admission officers or communicated with them. Should I send something to them to let them know I am still interested or are they busy and get mad at me?

Nope they’re just kind of waiting around waiting for your note. {Is this a prelude to your first absence from class when you approach the instructor, explain you were absent the last class, and ask “Did I miss anything?”
If you already showed strong interest I would not badger them. I’m guessing they are probably busy.
