I’m a junior, and after taking my first practice test at the end of July (got a 2020 on it), I studied pretty hard and improved. My highest practice test score was a 2160.
When I got my scores back for the October test, they came out to be a whopping 2290. I was pretty excited because I was not expecting that at all! The only thing that makes me disappointed with my score is that I got a 770 on the math section, and right after I left the testing center, I knew which question I missed. Had I gotten it correct, I could’ve gotten a 2320.
I feel like a 2300+ sounds very different from a 2200+, even though the score difference is negligible (10 points for me). Should I retake and attempt to pass that 2300 barrier, or should I spend my time elsewhere?
