Would this be a good study schedule?

I plan on really cramming after my AP U.S. History Exam with the Barron’s ACT prep.

May 9th-Take a practice test from Real ACT book.

May 10th-Review all my answers from the practice test.

May 11th-15th-Read and review one section(writing/math/science/reading/essay) each day.

May 16th-Take practice test from Barron’s book.

May 17th-Take practice test from Real ACT book(to see improvement).

May 18th-22nd-Study for SAT(Taking practice tests and just reviewing).

May 23rd-24th-Barron’s practice tests.

May 25th-29th-Study for SAT (Taking practice tests and reviewing).

May 30th-31st-Practice tests from Barron’s.

June 1st-5th-Review SAT material fully.

June 6th-SAT

June 8th-12th-Review everything/More practice tests.

June 13th-ACT

I’m very nervous as a Junior because the first time my ACT/SAT scores were 25/1550 and I really need to improve them to 30+/2000+ would this schedule help me achieve that goal?

Is it really necessary that you need o take both? When your trying to crunch this much studying into so little time it’s probably best if you try to only study for one. But even so, i think its a fine schedule. My only recommendation would be that you can take and grade/go over a test in one day; there is no need for two days (referring to May 9/10).
