Would this be entirely inappropriate?

<p>The strength of my application lies in my co-curricular activites and not so much in my academic record. In our society in Asia, the whole concept of kids working in school isn’t really there. So would it be entirely inappopriate to put all the committees I belong to in school under Work Experience and under employer the schools name…</p>

<p>Because Stanford haven’t specified to list only paid employment and the School Website Committee is almost like any other job. We have to update it every week, spend 3-4 hours every week and I have slogged my ass of for it… So do you reckon it would be OK to list that sort of stuff under Work Experience as it doesn’t fit under Co-Curricular activities (too many)… Under the question about my earnings I’ll just mention “No earnings”…</p>
