<p>I have just finished making revisions to my common app essay and in order to shorten the length of the essay, i removed a paragraph containing my successes in high school. I’m writing an essay of an experience of my life that completely changed my life around and i wrote it reflecting my academics and how i went from a dud in middle school to success in high school. Since colleges are looking for stuff not found in my transcript (grades, classes), would it have been allright to leave out my newfound success in High School from the essay since it would obviously be reflected on already to the adcoms by my Grades, etc.</p>
