damn nobody can chance me?

I don’t know much about the process of transferring from a community college to a U.C. campus, so I’m not very qualified to chance you. That being said, your E.C.'s seem ok and your GPA isn’t too bad. I know each U.C. campus reserves spaces for community college students such as yourself, so I wouldn’t be too worried. However, you may want to apply to a lower-tier U.C. campus (Santa Cruz, Riverside, Merced…) as a backup. And correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t you guaranteed a spot at one of the U.C.'s if you meet certain requirements at the community college level?
