Cornell. (Prefers bigger colleges)

Purdue or McDaniel College? (I should guess the answer in the next post, but the truth of the matter is - some people do indeed turn down one college for access to another’s great resources…)

McDaniel College, purely because of the fact that it’s one of the 40 colleges that change lives

Kenyon or Occidental?

@destinyhelp Glad you know what I’m saying. I expected otherwise. :)

Kenyon College. It has lots of traditions, even its buildings are built of Gothic revival style.

University of Maryland-College Park or Virginia Tech?

Virginia Tech

Duke or Northwestern?

Northwestern

University of Arizona or CU Boulder?

University of Arizona. I don’t even know why.

Georgetown University or U Penn?

Georgetown (SFS).

University College Dublin or University College London?

UCL

UVA or UNC?

UNC. I want to study Cultural Geography like Mike! (And Geography is really cool)

Washington State or Rutgers?

Washington State

Chapman University or Loyola Marymount University?

Rutgers, one of the strongest philosophy departments in the world

Georgetown or UCLA?

UCLA because I like LA.

Yale or Swarthmore?

Yale, never heard of swarthmore
stanford or caltech?

Stanford

UMich or Penn State?

Michigan

Chapman or Loyola Marymount?

Loyola Marymount. Chapman has a campus in Singapore (in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where it offers Chapman’s film and media courses), whereas Loyola Marymount doesn’t. (And I know no matter what, I’ve got to choose an LA-based uni above, so why not just choose the real college in LA)?

(Destinyhelp, you live in Los Angeles? Just curious)

The question:

So what do you choose, West Virginia University or University of Nevada-Reno?

Earlier choices:

I’d choose Penn State over Michigan. Used to think Michigan is a ‘big deal’, but since Michigan switched to adidas (the sports brand that I didn’t like), I really like Penn State. The rural setting in central PA is really beautiful, too.

West Virgina

Nah I don’t live in LA yet. Hopefully I will after college.

Southern Methodist University or Texas Christian University?

Hmm… No idea! Southern Methodist University because better initials

Carleton or Bowdoin?

^^TCU! Horned Frogs with their purple colors dazzle me.

^Carleton, because it sounds cozier…

Texas A&M or Oklahoma State?

Texas A&M

Brown or Amherst?

btw, the person who’s never heard of Swarthmore absolutely blew my mind.
