<p>Would you recommend city year to a shy young adult? </p>

<p>Does it take a certain person to have successful experience in this organization, or can someone who may not have the skills/attitude be able to do well if he/she is willing to learn and get out of his/her comfort zone?</p>

<p>City Year is fairly structured, I think a shy person could learn some good communication skills and enjoy being part of a group.</p>
