Anyone have advice on how to begin and end an essay with a “wow” factor. My essay seems boring from the start not because of what I wrote about but because of how I wrote it. The ending is a bit cliche as well. My last couple sentences are fantastic but the conclusion itself is “eh”. It doesn’t leave me speechless or amazed. Any tips on how todo that?
At the same time, I don’t want to sound like a philosopher or a preacher lol. A natural “voice” but an amazing one.
