<p>I’m in the top of my class, I have a 4.0 unweighted gpa, I have a pretty good SAT score, and I have been piling on the EC’s.</p>

<p>Would being on the varsity wrestling team help my chances of getting into a good school?</p>

<p>Btw, i’m asian so that doesn’t help much…</p>

<p>Moreover, would admission officers smile or frown upon this- honestly.</p>

<p>people on the team who are dedicated will hate you if you just join cause it looks good on college resume, being on track i see this a lot…</p>
