It’s 4 p.m. on Tuesday. What will you do next? Write about your extracurricular pursuits. Why and how do you choose the activities you are involved in? How do your activities reflect your values and affect your school, community or the world?

Would community service be considered “extracurricular purists”? Could I write about that? Or should I stick to writing about clubs, etc?

You can write about anything “productive” you do outside of school.

Does it mean specifically tuesday??
should i talk about what i do on tuesday for one paragraph and then other activities in following paragraphs?

Well what do you do on Tuesdays at 4:01?

In my opinion this is a terrible prompt. What they’re really asking is “Write about your extracurricular pursuits. Why and how do you choose the activities you are involved in? How do your activities reflect your values and affect your school, community or the world?” They just wanted a cute way to frame it. Maybe they expect you to play along.
