<p>Is it okay to write in the first person for the Activities section of the Common App on the “Details and Accomplishments” line? I feel I can better portray myself and my activities from this point of view, but if it’s better to use 3rd person, then I’m fine doing that as well. Thanks for any advice!</p>
<p>You can use first or third person. Whichever ones you prefer.</p>
<p>I don’t understand why you would use third person? Can you give an example of what you would be saying? To me, speaking in third person sounds a little unconventional.</p>
<p>I would definitely recommend using first person, mainly because i don’t know how you would use third person either. First person is definitely not a problem, though.</p>
