<p>So I took the Oct SAT and got a composite score of 2000
Math: 750
CR: 650
W: 600 8E</p>
<p>Dec SAT(last year) composite: 1940
Math: 650
CR: 620
W: 670 10E -7MC</p>
<p>I studied for writing the most, and I consistently got 2-3 MC wrong on practice this summer but for the last month I stopped grinding grammar rules into my head and started to trust my ear, which is when I started missing 7-9 on MC. I’m retaking the SAT one last time on December and I really want a 2100 without superscoring, and I wanted to know how anyone who got over 700 in writing studied and which books you used.
I studied out of Erica Meltzer’s Ultimate grammar book.</p>
