Writing Question Help (Question Inside).. Thanks!

Current statistics suggests that environmental factors, once thought to be the most important element in determining a child’s personality, may not be so significant as bioloigcal factors. No Error

Choice A: suggests
Choice B: thought
Choice C:element in
Choice D:so significant
Choice E: No Error

I personally think there are two errors. Choice A and D. B/c isnt Current statistics plural? Also Choice D because it should be “as significant”

THanks

Answer is D
because statistics is singular, just like how mathematics is singular.

And it should be “as significant as”

In that instance, it’s arguable that statistics is plural. It’s not the mathematical study under consideration; instead, it’s a set of numerical data.
