Hello! I had recently applied to a school that required official test scores to be sent to them. I had sent them through CollegeBoard (no rush shipping) about three weeks ago (maybe a few days more), but my portal still says that my scores haven’t been received and that my application is incomplete. Should I write to them inquiring if their office has received it? If yes, how should the email go?
Dear Admissions Office,
My name is Jane Doe (then include the college ID number or reference number they gave you so its easy for them to find you) and I applied to (school name) x months ago. Just over 3 weeks ago I had my official test scores mailed from the College Board but have not received confirmation in my portal or by email that they were received. If possible, could you please check my admissions file to make sure they have been received and are being processed with my application.
