How likely is it to get written up on welcome week, I’m going to be living in the keeling apartments this coming year and im currently on academic probation. My roomates are throwing a party but im scared to attend cus getting caught might mean suspension. What do you think i should do?

I think you answered your own question. If you don’t want to risk it, then don’t! You never know what deep **** you could get into. They are plenty of other things you can spend your time doing and not get kicked out of school.

It is actually quite easy to get caught esp if you are in the apartment or dorms. The RA will have to write you up if they see it despite how friendly they might be.

Hey everyone! I’m new here and I don’t know how to create a new post so just let me ask y’all here. I’m from Malaysia and am majoring in Actuarial Science under American Degree Program. It’s a 2+2 program and I’ll be studying in the US in the next two years as a JUNIOR. I’ve always wanted to pursue my study at NYU Stern so anyone here knows:

1) The minimum GPA required for international transfer applicants? (CGPA or GPA?)
2) Is the living cost in NY terribly EXPENSIVE?

My friend who lived down the hall from me got written up welcome week. It was pretty funny. We lived in argo 2nd floor (closest to the ground)
