can u please ans the following question
The ship will not leave port until every one of the crew member (have been) examined by a physician and given a clean bill of health.
A have been
b has been
c had been
d are
e were
i choose c but the ans is b which is present perfect. why do we have to chose the present perfect tense

Because the ship WILL not leave until each member HAS been examined. Had would mean the ship already left, so C is wrong. A, D, E are all plural, while one of the crew member (one) is singular.
