<p>Hi guys,I am submitting my form via offline method.Here I have to mail my forms,recommendation and my teachers won’t do it.I have two problems:
1.In my evaluation my teachers entered date in dd/mm/yyyy format whereas in common app it is mm/dd/yyyy.what should i do?Should i just correct it myself or ask them to do so?
2.What about the agreement in evaluations, counselor form should I sign yes or no?

<p>You should not be handling your recommendations after they fill it out. Thus, you should not be able to “correct it”. What you should have done is give them the recommendation form with a stamped envelope so they can mail it directly to the school.</p>
<p>On the recommendation form, you should waive your right to see the form. Then the school will know it is a more candid recommendation.</p>
