Has anyone canceled an order with College Board? The Oct 11 in school test scores were posted yesterday. While looking at the score I created an order to have them sent to 8 colleges and paid. When the receipt came through it was for other tests not including the Oct 11 test. I didn’t use score choice and wanted the Oct 11 test sent and was on Oct 11 score window when placing order. I tried to call but was greeted with call volume is too high to accept your call message.
I might normally not care, but it was almost $100 and I will have to place another $100 order to get those better Oct 11 scores sent. Any advice how to resolve?
