<p>Lately, a lot of the houses for sale by the bank have tenants or the original owners in it. So I was trying to buy insurance for the property I am buying with that situation. I was suprised that I received a quote that is LOWER than another quote that does not include this Wrongful Eviction Insurance. Made me thinking there might be better deal out there to search for.</p>
<p>Any one has experiences in this one? Please note this insurance only kicks in if you Wrongfully Evicted a tenant.</p>
