WTH? Orientation=GA Social Studies Test?

<p>I was looking at the UGA orientation site the other day and one of the tests we are required to take is a GA history test. Is this true? and if you already have credit in polsci can you exempt this?</p>

<p>This is absolutely true.</p>

<p>Me, I’m going to try to study for the test and take it in the fall, but most people just take Poli Sci. It can be used for other requirements, too.</p>

<p>You are not required to take the history test at Orientation. The only required tests are math and foreign language (if you plan on studying the same one from high school).</p>

<p>You can take the history test to exempt the U.S. History requirement (HIST 2111/2112) and the constitution test to exempt the Government requirement (POLS 1101).</p>
