<p>Obviously that can happen, but it didn’t in this case:</p>
<p>1) He received his PhD within the last 3 years from the biggest university in my area. They don’t offer such degree.</p>
<p>2) His C.V. correctly states the names of the degrees he has received. His resume, given out to attract clients and legitimize his “consulting” business, had the inflated names on it.</p>
